This session should be used in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. Your eyes should be closed, even if you are using screen flashing or light glasses.
This session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones.
During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible. Refer to the Relaxation Guide in the documentation for more information.
